Shimane, Matsue and Izumo Taisha

Spent the 1st Advent in one of the least populous prefectures in Japan. Visited Izumo Taisha,which is one of the oldest Shrines (Shinto). Ate alot of Soba and drove along the Sea of Japan( North side of Japan).

Finally visited the Adachi Museum of Art famous for its superb gardens.

Another wonderful bakery in Shukugawa, Kobe. Amazing european style bread, organic, whole-wheat. Honestly the Seasonal Chestnutbread tastes like Heaven! One of my favourite bakeries so far!
